The warm meals were handed out by local homeless outreach groups on Tuesday evening
The viral Wetherspoons game made its way to Belfast this week, with 300 meals donated to the local homeless community.
On Tuesday night, April 30, kind strangers ordered 300 portions of burgers and chips to Chris' table at The Bridge House pub in Belfast and The Spirit Merchant in Newtownards. This was to support homeless outreach groups Team Haven, Reaching Out Homeless and Community Support, and Teen Challenge NI in Belfast, as well as The Warehouse in Newtownards.
Speaking to Belfast Live, Chris said the event in Northern Ireland was "brilliant" and hopes it can raise awareness of homelessness.
