VIRGIN is looking at returning to the UK's rail network with brand new train services being considered.The plans were revealed by Virgin's CEO Josh Bayliss, who described the company's former service as "one of the best-loved and most successful rail franchises in: “The opportunity which open access presents to continue to provide that experience on the rail network is something that is very interesting to us.
