Virgin Media is giving away free smart TVs as part of a 10-day flash promotion. On Monday , the provider unveiled its latest offer where subscribers can obtain, each featuring hundreds of channels, free Netflix and the choice to add Sky Sports and Cinema coverage.
These are Virgin's Cinema, Sports, Cinema + Sports or Max Volt packages. Upon securing the deal, customers can opt to receive a 43" LG Ultra HD smart television valued at £249.99, or a £125 bill credit, with the latter essentially delivering weeks of free service.

Virgin has also adopted the new One Touch Switch scheme, meaning prospective customers aren't required to contact their existing provider to initiate the process. Instead, Virgin will handle matters on their behalf and liaise with the other company to complete the transfer, reports A caveat is that Virgin's monthly charges will rise by £4 each April, so subscribers should factor this in when agreeing to one of the 24-month contracts.
