Max Taylor, the current CEO of Vodafone UK, will assume the helm as CEO of the merged company, which is still provisionally known as MergeCo. Darren Purkis, Three's CFO since June 2018, will take on the role of CFO for the new entity. Beyond Purkis and Stephen Reidy, appointed as head of IT, the majority of the key personnel appear to originate from Vodafone, indicating the company's dominant position in the transaction. Andrea Dona, designated as head of networks, currently holds the positions of chief network officer and network director at Vodafone.
