The Love Dolores campaign will host its annual volunteer “micro litter clean-up” at Dolores Park this Saturday, July 6 from 1-3 p.m. The group will meet at Dolores and 19th streets, according to a San Francisco Recreation and Park Department Instagram
The goal of the event is to remove micro litter — which the post lists as small pieces of trash, like bottle caps, cigarette butts and small pieces of plastic. Volunteers who clean up for at least an hour can enter a raffle to win a pair of one-day tickets to Outside Lands Volunteers must sign in and out at the cleanup to enter the raffle, which will be held at 2:45 p.m. Those interested in volunteering can sign upConsider donating to Mission Local today.
