New polling has revealed voters are not approving of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s handling of several key issues, including the burgeoning cost of living crisis.

On the state of the economy more broadly, the government received a net approval of minus 24 per cent.

The housing shortage has been another major issue for the government, recording a net disapproval rating of minutes 58 per cent. It hit a roadblock when the Greens sided with the Coalition to block it in the Senate, pushing for more to be done.
