The attack is believed to have happened within the pavilion of High Street Mall in Portadown on Saturday at around 5:20pm. In a statement issued by the PSNI, officers say the suspect is a teenage male and was "part of a larger group of youths".
The victim of the assault, police say, was a vulnerable 20-year-old man. He was sitting alone on a bench when he was approached by a group of teenagers.
