A walker has died after falling from a mountain in North Wales . Emergency services were called out to Tryfan in Eryri national park, formerly known as Snowdonia , last Friday evening .
Tragically, the person involved died following the incident, North Wales Live reports. In a statement, an Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation spokesperson said: "The team were called out on Friday evening after a walker witnessed someone falling from the south ridge.
