NATHANIEL FRAZIER For the Eagle The President’s Award is the highest honor that is bestowed on any student of Wallace Community College. This year’s recipient is Warrick Wilmot, a first baseman on the Wallace Govs' baseball team.
Wilmot certainly meets all of these qualifications. He was shocked when he received this honor Tuesday night during the school’s Honors Day Convocation. People are also reading… “These have been the greatest two years of my life. It has completely changed my life for the better. I would not be the person I am without Wallace. If I could do it all over again, I would be at the same place. This is the greatest JUCO, let alone start of a college experience, especially for a student athlete.”
