Ahead of the show's premiere, Screen Rant interviewed Walton Goggins to discuss Fallout. The Emmy nominee broke down the unique character of The Ghoul, including the journey to crafting his unique appearance, as well as teasing the story of his past life as Cooper Howard and how the two differ. So, that was that, and then it was just a combination of — we did it three times, the makeup test. And by the last one, we had it, we had it nailed down to kind of what it was going to be. I went outside with all the makeup on and spent a couple of hours alone, a few times just kind of recording myself, and thinking about him, and looking at it, and just kind of walking around and feeling the head and the hat, because the hat had to be bigger.
