An urgent warning has been issued to travelling Brits

A measles outbreak across Europe had already exceeded the number of cases across all of 2022 by February, as 17 countries in Europe have reported cases of the disease.

"Most of the cases have been in London, although there have been cases picked up across the country and some are linked to travel abroad," the UKHSA wrote.Tajikistan, which is in Central Asia but is in the WHO European region, has more than 600 cases, followed by Turkey with 466 cases. Next on the list is Russia with 414 followed by the UK on 67 and Serbia on 40.
