WEATHER warnings have been issued today as Hurricane Dorian and Storm Gabrielle are set to bring 70mph gales and severe downpours.Slow-moving heavy showers and thunderstorms could cause travel disruption in a few places on Monday morning, as a Yellow weather warning is issued for South West England and South Wales from 10am to 8pm on Monday
