The 33-year-old halfback came through Friday’s captain run unscathed, according to 7NEWS rugby league reporter Michelle Bishop.
“NZWarriors playmaker Shaun Johnson trained well this morning and is good to go for tomorrow night’s semi-final against the NRL Knights,” Bishop wrote on social media.Warriors coach Andrew Webster said he was always confident that Johnson would play.“He has just got to do parts of the captain’s run. If he can’t physically do it, he can’t play. At this stage all the signs are that he will physically be able to do it.
