After sharing that his wife injured herself in Vegas after the couple partook in a little partying, the comedian is back to correct the record. It wasn’t booze, and she’s totally fine now.
Monday, the comedian recounted an episode in which he and his partner of over 40 years were enjoying themselves a little too much in Sin City. After getting sufficiently “tipsy,” Terry apparently woke up in the middle of the night, tripped and fell onto the wainscoting, and broke her cheek. There was, according to Mandel, “blood everywhere” from an additional gash in his wife’s forehead, and she had to be rushed to the hospital.
“She was so worried that people were going to intervene with her alcohol — she doesn’t have an alcohol problem,” MandelThank god! Just a classic tale of boomers not knowing how to handle their extra-curriculars. Mandel clarified that Terry has been “doing well” since she was taken to the hospital after the accident and looks “absolutely perfect” without a single scar.
