Jurgen Klopp has named his starting XI for the clash with Newcastle in the Premier League with a debut for Wataru Endo
Wataru Endo makes his Liverpool debut as Joel Matip deputises for the injured Ibrahima Konate at Newcastle.
Endo, who joined Liverpool from German side Stuttgart for around £16m, only signed for the club late last week but was thrust into action in the 3-1 win over Bournemouth last Saturday following the sending off of Mac Allister, a red card that was later rescinded by the Football Association. That means Diogo Jota drops to the bench alongside Darwin Nunez to give Klopp some significant firepower in reserve, should it be needed in the North East.
