Santaquin Police Sgt. Bill Hooser, killed in the line of duty, will be laid to rest on Monday.
<p>OREM —  Utah  Gov. Spencer Cox says there's nothing like having to make the call to a family who has lost a loved one in the line of duty.
</p><p>Cox appeared to become a little choked up as he recounted making that call to Hooser's family, when he learned more about their husband and father.
