The Red Hands topped Section A while the Farney claimed an impressive five-point win over Armagh in last week's quarter-final
Tyrone take on Monaghan in the semi-final of the Ulster U20 Football Championship this evening in Omagh in what is a repeat of their group game from earlier this month.
On that occasion, the Red Hands coasted to a 5-20 to 0-8 win in Coalisland as Paul Devlin’s side topped Section A and progressed straight through to the last four. Farney boss Paul Curran rested several players for the Tyrone game knowing that his side would likely to contesting the quarter-finals the following week.
