One Repat Command Center, itinayo ng DMW para sa OFWs na kailangan ng tulong
Sa ulat si Darlene Cay sa GMA News"Unang Balita" nitong Biyernes, ang mga kuwento tungkol sa mga OFW na nagigipit sa abroad, at mga kamag-anak nila sa Pilipinas na hindi malaman kung saan ahensiya lalapit upang idulog ang kalagayan ng kanilang mahal sa buhay na nasa abroad, ang dahilan kaya itinatag ng Deparment of Migrant Workers ang One Repatriation Command Center .
Kabilang sa mga lumapit sa ORCC si Nanay Nena, para sa kaniyang anak na OFW na inaabuso at pinagtatangkain pa raw halayin ng kaniyang amo. Ayon sa DMW, nasa 11,813 OFWs na nagipit ang na-repatriate noong 2021 ng Overseas Workers and Welfare Administration at Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.Ngayong taong 2022, sinabing mahigit 7,000 na ang mga OFW na na-repatriate.
