Manchester United beat rivals Manchester City 2-1 to secure their thirteenth FA Cup
Footage shows the moment Manchester United fans went wild after their team beat rivals Manchester City in the FA Cup final this afternoon.
Against the odds, the Reds stepped up to secure a 2-1 victory against the Premier League champions with two first half goals at Wembley. Alejandro Garnacho opened the scoresheet before teenager Kobbie Mainoo made it two - a score even a second-half goal from Jeremy Doku couldn't counter. After a turbulent season, fans were ecstatic as United denied City the double, as well as taking their spot in the Europa League next season.At FC United, where hundreds of Manchester United fans gathered to watch the match on a big screen, fans flooded the pitch in celebration after watching the Reds clinch their thirteenth FA Cup title.
And although it has a reputation as a Blue pub, some fans at The Waldorf showed a different allegiance this afternoon as the final whistle went. Manchester may have been blue last week after Manchester City secured their fourth consecutive Premier League title, but tonight it'll be the ones in red celebrating into the early hours.
