Pupils from a Watford primary school took part in music-based workshops at 10 Downing Street as part of Comic Relief.
Organised by Akshata Murty, wife of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, the innovative learning sessions were centred around music with the aim of providing children with the opportunity to experience the history of 10 Downing Street.
This included a rap workshop led by Ed Hallwood, a youth worker from the Comic Relief-supported initiative Waves Music Therapy. Students got the chance to work in teams to explore a beat, compose lyrics using rhyming exercises, and deliver short performances showcasing their budding rap skills.
