'I'm sick to death of living in a freezing cold house - but they don't seem to care'
A mum-of-one says she and her seven-month-old baby have been left in freezing conditions amid claims the windows and doors of her property won't shut properly.
After being contacted by the M.E.N, Onward Housing apologised and say since they were made aware of the issue, they have contacted Ms Ashworth and have arranged a date to carry out the repairs. "I'm sick to death of having to sit in a freezing cold house. It's beyond a joke and the housing association don't seem to care about the conditions we are living in."
Olivia says she constantly has to have her heating on, which is costing her money she doesn't have. She claims five minutes without the boiler on means her house is freezing again. "It's just frustrating because I'm having to spend a lot more money on bills instead of getting the stuff we actually need."
