Jovan Adepo gives stellar performances in '3 Body Problem,' 'Watchmen,' 'When They See Us,' 'The Leftovers,' 'Fences,' and so much more — but he only went into acting after a conversation with Viola Davis' sister.

I was the only person that felt like I was going to go pro, not realizing that I was a bench warmer....
