The teen driver was taken to the hospital with severe lower-body injuries and was listed in stable condition. Deputies said poor weather conditions and low visibility contributed to the crash, but alcohol and drugs were not factors. Peng worked with Dr. Maiken Nedergaard at the URMC Center for Translational Neuromedicine for over 28 years."Weiguo, he was so near and dear to our hearts," said Terwilliger. "His kindness was felt throughout the entire lab.""We are not a lab that just sits back and does nothing," said Terwilliger. "We are go-getters, and Weiguo was very near and dear to our hearts, and we wanted to be there for his children.
