What a gorgeous spot
Weekends call for one thing - brunch. And if you're looking for that perfect spot, quiet, rural and surrounded by stunning views, there is one village that has it all.
Dotted around the perimeter of the gardens are rows of sheds which have been transformed into thriving business. In one of the many units stands a quaint looking cafe, probably in one of the more quieter spots of the entire garden. If you didn't know where to look, you might even miss the wooden cabin looking building. Tucked to the side of the garden, the entrance can be found a short walk down a tiny wooden path, welcoming customers with an even tinier wooden door.
You have the choice of a sausage butty, bacon butty, a mini and regular sized breakfast and even a vegan breakfast. With the addition of a poached egg, I made my vegan breakfast into a veggie breakfast setting me back £11.50. Like the mushrooms, the poached egg was perfectly cooked with no horrid bits of undercooked egg to contend with. The star of the show for me was the vegan sausages.
