Community meeting called amid anger over death of asthmatic man who said"I can't breathe" as cops allegedly laughedA BLACK man with severe asthma who died after police failed to take him to the hospital despite knowing an ambulance was delayed, has been remembered on the third anniversary of his death.

Speaking on the third anniversary of Mr Taylor’s death, he said: “The sad fact is an injured dog would have received more sympathy and compassion from Met officers than did Rastaman Ian Taylor. “On the third anniversary of his death, we remember our brother Ian and we commit to imposing justice and accountability on all of those officers whose brutal negligence and racism led to his untimely death.
