This holiday has also been so nice to be kid-free for a while, although they’ve been on the phone with me every day!
Spreading the motivation The audiobook for my recent biography, Whole Again, came out this week. I cried while recording it, which you can hear, and I wanted to keep the pain in it. I wanted people to feel that hurt and the lighter side when I got through it. I still really want to be a motivational speaker and set up some kind of retreat over here in Spain – going down the meditation route. I’ve met so many people on this trip who have asked me for advice.
