There was slight chance of thunderstorms for portions of north central and northeast Illinois, and northwest Indiana, officials said. Isolated thunderstorms are possible in the early afternoon, officials said. Later Wednesday evening, officials are expecting dangerous swimming conditions at Lake Michigan’s beaches into Thursday morning.
Current morning conditions at O’Hare International Airport is overcast at 74 degrees.
