HUNGER can be one of the main reasons that people on different diets fail and end up putting all the weight lost back on. Dr Michael Mosley has shared his tip tips with the Express.co.uk on what you can do to help you feel fuller for longer.
“But far from being a cause of weight gain, ‘good’ fats – rich in mono-and polyunsaturates – powerfully curb the appetite, slowing the rate at which the stomach empties and so delaying the point at which it signals for more food. To feel fuller for longer, select olive oil, nuts, oily fish and full-fat dairy products.”Dr Mosley continues: “The more fibre you eat, the happier your gut will be.
