'The weirdest thing happened to us'
Former Doctor Who and Torchwood star John Barrowman recently visited McMenamins Elks Temple in Tacoma, Washington, U.S.
And the Mount Vernon-born actor revealed to his Instagram followers that he and his friend were told 'politely' not to eat there. He said:"Basically in a polite way, the gentleman guided us out of one restaurant and took us into another and kind of persuaded us not to come in.”The actor then added:"Not a good recommendation. McMenamins - McNot!"The video has since received over 17,000 likes and comments from fans
A spokesperson for the restaurant then commented on the video:"Oh no! So sorry to hear this happened! We’ll shoot you a DM and help get to the bottom of this."
