The sports arena in South Philadelphia has carried the name of Wells Fargo since 2010.
The home of the Philadelphia Flyers NHL hockey team and the Philadelphia 76ers NBA basketball team has been called the Wells Fargo Center since 2010. The Philadelphia winter sports teams are expected to still be playing in the same building in South Philly when the 2025-26 season begins.
It just won’t be called the Wells Fargo Center. The bank said Wednesday that it will be pulling its name off the arena after the contract runs out in August 2025.
