The club won two awards from Scotrail

Members of Whitburn Rotary Club are celebrating after winning two awards thanks to their hard work transforming a West Lothian train station.They also won Bronze for Station of the Year’The new planters were filled with a wide range of plants which provide all-year-round colour and attractive changing displays.

“However, a greater surprise was the later announcement that the Club had won the Scottish Station Adopter of the Year trophy. More than 1,000 people across the country volunteer on Scotland’s Railway, contributing to their local communities in a variety of different activities and projects – from community classes to station adopters.
