Williamston Primary School in Livingston has been presented with a gold award from Sports Scotland
.
It also encourages schools to self-reflect and continuously improve and recognise and celebrate successful school sport models. The award also encourages sporting links between schools and the communities around them, providing opportunities for young people to progress. Working alongside their Active Schools Coordinator - Kim O’Conner, Sports Council Reps, Sport Scotland - Lesley and Mrs Howard - PE Specialist looking at key areas that the school wanted to implement and develop.
