A third mosquito carrying West Nile Virus in unincorporated Bexar County was found on the Southwest Side , county officials said. The mosquito that tested positive was found near Highway 90 and Cagnon Road , officials said, adding the county has used an environmentally friendly fogging agent in the area early in the morning, when mosquitos are most active.
