The closures will be in place tonight for Thursday's City Island fireworks and on Saturday for the Concert at Negley, police said.LEMOYNE, Pa. — West Shore Regional Police announced that road closures around Negley Park in Lemoyne will begin Wednesday night ahead of this weekend's July Fourth festivities.
The closures will begin around 7 p.m. Wednesday and at 4 p.m. Saturday to prevent congestion and roadway issues for emergency vehicles and residents during the Concert at Negley and Harrisburg's City Island Fireworks events, the police department said.Officers will be on hand to assist handicap individuals with parking and residents will have the ability to access their houses.
"If you are planning to attend these events at Negley Park, please plan for additional time to access the park," the police department said."Please do not illegally park as you will be ticketed and possibly towed.
