A West Valley man who allegedly offered a ride to an 18-year-old woman who was lost in Salt Lake City has been charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting her.
<p>SALT LAKE CITY — A West Valley man was charged Monday with offering a ride to an 18-year-old woman and then sexually assaulting her and not letting her out of his car.
 Gonzales saw the woman — someone he had never met — walking in the Glendale area and offered to give her a ride, according to charging documents.
