The club and Hertfordshire Constabulary issued fresh guidance on plans to prevent any trouble during the 12pm game at Vicarage Road on Sunday.has been told both The Moon Under Water and Colombia Press will stay open.
Wetherspoon spokesperson Eddie Gershon said: “Both The Moon Under Water and Colombia Press will serve alcohol from 10am instead of 9am on the day of the football match.“Wetherspoon works closely with Watford police and licensing on an ongoing basis.Mr Gershon added police had not requested the pubs close and The Moon Under Water will be accepting both sets of fans. Colombia Press will not accept Luton supporters.
A spokesperson said:"As part of planning for any major event of this kind, licenced premises are liaised with and provided guidance in line with licensing legislation."
