Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has admitted he is "quite surprised" by the consistency Manchester United loanee Jadon Sancho has shown this season.
After a slow start to his career at Stamford Bridge as a result of illness, the winger has become a key figure in Maresca's plans in recent weeks, starting five of Chelsea's last six Premier League matches, scoring one goal and registering one assist. Sancho joined Chelsea with the ambition of getting his career back on track and Maresca has hinted his loan spell is going better than he imagined it would do.
