Asked about the issues on the minds of her friends in Diss, Ms Trippett-Jones cites "the degeneration of the health service", the wait for dental and GP appointments, High Street regeneration and a perceived lack of visible policing in the town.Nearly all of the traders the BBC spoke with voiced concerns about airing their opinions publicly for fear their views might cost them customers.
