Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff was left fighting for his life when he crashed while filming Top Gear

The documentary looks into Freddie's journey to India with the Lancashire Cricket Academy, detailing a tour that was pushed back owing to his accident. The BBC production highlights particularly stirring moments, such as the sports icon's hospital admission, where he's seen grappling with his emotions. In the documentary, he said: 'I need help, and I realise I'm not the best at asking for it.
