A source close to Britney Spears said she is safe and at home after injuring her ankle at the Chateau Marmont. Paramedics responded to a call about an injured woman at the hotel on Thursday night, but Spears didn’t receive treatment from them.
Early Thursday morning, an ambulance responded to a call about an unidentified injured adult woman at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire Department. At the same time, Britney Spears was seen outside the hotel. According to reports, she didn’t get into the ambulance, instead leaving the hotel with her own security, but the incident sparked concern for her well-being.
