as the FIA are looking back over the first seasonAlongside the technical regulations , and the sporting regulations , the FIA introduced a third rulebook for 2021 –These regulations were brought about to help with the administration and enforcement of F1’s budget cap, which was set at $145 million for the first season of the rules.
