This year's event is called 'The Krossing' and will journey from Toxteth to Birkenhead.

The procession, dubbed Toxteth Day of the Dead, takes place on November 23.
The multi-generational project, with the building phase expected to last anywhere between 300 and 1000 years, aims at forging new traditions around death and life as it evolves. When 34,592 bricks have been laid and the People’s Pyramid stands 23 feet high, it will be complete.
