Multimedia Princess Nadine Lustre said she’s excited to go back to the theater now that restrictions have eased up.
“Nakakatuwa dahil this time ay makikita ko na rin uli yung sarili ko sa big screen. Excited talaga akong makapanood uli sa sinehan. Wala pa kasi talaga akong chance na manood uli although medyo matagal na rin nag bukas ang mga sinehan,” said Nadine, during the mediacon for her horror movie “Deleter,” an official entry to the 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival, held in Quezon City recently.
In preparing for some scenes, Nadine also said that she did not find it hard to imagine. “Hindi naman ganun kahirap mag-imagine. Kahit noong mas bata pa ako, very imaginative po ako. Talagang aaralin mo lang yung eksena and then you just imagine in your head paano mo gagawin ito or kung paano yung actions mo. I think it also helps na mahilig din ako sa horror films. So in a way meron akong mga reference. Mahilig din talaga ako sa movies.
“I’m really grateful na makatrabaho ko si Direk this time kasi tumatak talaga ang mga films niya. Noong nalaman ng mga friends ko na magkaka-work kami, na excite rin sila para sa akin. Second time ko talaga itong mag MMFF actually. First time is with Ate Vice yung Beauty and Beastie. Pero looking forward po sa float namin. Ano kaya ang magiging hitsura ng float namin? Hindi rin mahirap makipag communicate kay direk because he knows what he wants.
