Ollie’s mother Demi Garza-Pena shared the moving moment on her son’s Facebook page, writing: ‘Thank you Target! Ollie suffers from a condition called caudal regression syndrome, which causes paralysis in the lower parts of sufferers’ bodies ‘This was amazing! I am so happy that other kids that pass through here with their parents, will see this!
