Ruben Amorim has been confirmed as Manchester United's new manager, just four days after the club sacked Erik ten Hag.
He now will make the move to Old Trafford during the November international break, meaning Ruud van Nistelrooy will remain in interim charge of the club for the next three matches against Chelsea, PAOK and Leicester City.READ MORE: Manchester United confirm appointment of Ruben Amorim as manager as start date confirmed
As such, he will remain in charge of Sporting for their next three matches against Estrela Amadora, Manchester City and Braga. Amorim will be tasked with reviving United's fortunes in the league, with the club currently languishing in 14th in the Premier League table.
