The new season of Waterloo Road airs on BBC One this Tuesday, September 10 and it promises plenty of action-packed drama with the arrival of a new headteacher and new students.
But what happened to the other original stars of Waterloo Road and what have they been up to since leaving the show? He's also made guest appearances in several other shows including Marple, Death in Paradise, Midsomer Murders and most recently, Happy Valley alongside Sarah Lancashire. Denise played the Head of French, Steph Haydock from series one to series six before leaving in 2011 after playing a recurring role for her last series.
In 2023, the former Coronation Street actress who has been open about her past alcohol addiction celebrated 11 years of sobriety with a post on Instagram where she opened up about her "disastrous" relationship with booze and how giving up had helped her and Lincoln turn their lives around. In 2016, Chelsee bagged herself a regular role as Goldie McQueen on Hollyoaks and her character is still going strong as part of one of soap's most iconic families.
