Mr Kusher said the fastest growth in the Blacktown, Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury regions was partly due to new development in the areas.

“They have taken longer to double in price but a lot of the price growth would have been driven over the last couple of years when people were moving there,” Mr Kusher said.
