No stronger bond than a mother and her corgis 🐕
that while “the royal family is a family of dog lovers,” none of them are “particularly fond of corgis.” Well, now we know the fate of the queen’s loyal companions. On September 11, it was revealed that Andrew, who was stripped of his military titles due to sexual abuse allegations and his connections to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, will take possession of the dogs with his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York.
“The corgis will return to live at Royal Lodge with The Duke and Duchess. It was The Duchess who found the puppies which were gifted to Her Majesty by The Duke,” a source. “The Duchess bonded with Her Majesty over dog walking and riding horses, and even after her divorce, she would continue her great friendship with Her Majesty by walking the dogs in Frogmore and chatting.”
Though Andrew and Fergie divorced in 1996, they continue to live together at the Royal Lodge in Windsor.
