A number of companies rose in the ranks among Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio from the previous year. What do their employees say?
CLEVELAND, Ohio — Many of the same companies make the Top Workplaces list each year, and some of the bigger companies, like the seven in the Mega Employer category, have the same positions in the rankings this year as in 2023.
“It helps me to remain focused on daily tasks and also gives me more responsibility to ensure my growth within the company! My job is completely different from that of the other companies! And plus, Cane’s is awesome sauce!!”“Every project is different. And after 15 years, I still have the same excitement level as I did on my first day.”
“This practice does seem to value patients and those that care for the patients. They are engaging and very welcoming. I have recently started, and so far, there is nothing I dislike about this company.”“I feel valued for the work I contribute and the work-life balance. Even when not in a leadership position my ideas and concerns are always taken under consideration and welcomed. When we begin to be busy through the year, it is always our personal/mental health that is put first.
