Which roads are closed in Glasgow for COP26?
Given the size of the conference, which is set to see 140 world leaders and around 25,000 delegates travel to Glasgow, it’s safe to say COP26 will impact travel and roads across Scotland. Roads including Congress Road, Minerva Street and parts of Finnieston Street will be closed until mid-November will be closed until 6am on Saturday, November 13, with local access only.is closed until 6am on Wednesday, November 17, as one of the last roads to reopen post-summit.will all be completely closed until 6am on Sunday, November 21.
